Welcome to the Clark University Financial Aid Portal!

Here, you can track your financial aid application from start to finish. Once you activate your account and log in, you’ll be able to:

Submit Required Documents: Easily view and submit any documents necessary to complete your financial aid application.
View Your Financial Aid Award: After your application is processed, you can access your financial aid award letter to see what aid you’ve been offered.
Estimate Your Out-of-Pocket Costs: See an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses after applying your financial aid, including grants, scholarships, and loans.

Accessing the Financial Aid Portal

First-Time User Account Activation:

If this is your first time logging in, click the "First Time User" link to activate your account.
You’ll need your Admissions Reference Number to get started.

For Applicants:

Once you've activated your account, simply log in with your credentials to access the portal.
Use the "Forgot Your Password?" link if you cannot recall your credentials.

For Current Students:

Log in through your CUWeb Portal at you.clarku.edu.
After logging in, go to the Main Menu, select Financial Aid & Student Accounts, and click Financial Aid Documentation and Award Notification.

First Time User

For your security, our financial aid portal is highly sensitive. Please keep the following in mind:

Account Lockout: After 6 failed login attempts, your account will be locked. Our office automatically unlocks accounts a few times a week, but you can also email us at finaid@clarku.edu for more immediate assistance.

Avoid Extra Spaces: Be sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email, Admissions Reference Number, password, or security question answers.
